  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Please note: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays or sales events), processing times may be slightly longer.

We offer several shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Estimated delivery times are based on the shipping method chosen and may vary depending on your location.

  • Domestic Shipping:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

    • Next Day Shipping: next business day

  • International Shipping:

    • Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days

    • Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $100 for domestic orders.

  • International shipping fees will vary depending on the destination country and chosen shipping method.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to USA/EU. If your country is not listed, we are unable to process international orders at this time.

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment via the courier's website.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.

6. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

  • Customs delays (for international orders)

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier to open an investigation. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3-5 buisness days  of receiving your order, and we will assist with a return or exchange. Please include photos of the damaged items and packaging for our reference.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

  • International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees paid at checkout.

  • Customs policies and import duties vary widely by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on what charges may apply.
